Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Takt collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to our users and to the professional contacts ("leads") whose public activity our users monitor.

Data we collect

Account data: your name, email, password (hashed), profile and voice settings.
Connected-account data: when you connect LinkedIn (via Unipile), we access your conversations, messages, connections, and posts to operate the inbox and pipeline.
Lead data: publicly available professional information about the people you choose to track — names, headlines, LinkedIn URLs, company, and public activity — obtained via enrichment and scraping providers.
Usage and billing data: product usage, and subscription/payment records held by our payment processor.

How we use it

To provide the Service: discovering and scoring leads, monitoring activity, drafting comments/posts/messages in your voice, syncing your inbox, sending notifications you've opted into, and processing payments. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep account and lead data for as long as your account is active. Operational logs are pruned on a rolling basis. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

Email: notification and digest emails include an unsubscribe link; you can opt out at any time.
Access & deletion: email us to access, export, or delete your data. We honor applicable rights under GDPR/CCPA.
Operator access: to support and monitor the Service, our operators may receive copies of certain outbound notifications.
